breathe the sea air

Norfolk offers some of the most enticing landscapes in the British Isles. The atmosphere is unquestionable, with big skies, endless beaches and amazing opportunities for everything from sailing and fishing to seeing seals on the coast and even the northern lights.

Cley Next The Sea is an ancient historical port with a famous windmill on the old quayside. The village boasts attractive brick and flint cottages, grand merchant houses, an eclectic range of shops including an art gallery, Cley Smokehouse and the famous Picnic Fayre delicatessen as well as a wonderful church, two pubs and restaurants all within walking distance.

The Farmhouse is situated in both an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Conservation Area and is perfectly placed for access to the salt marshes and Blakeney Point. Sailing, bird and seal watching, cycling, golf, coastal walking and many of Norfolk’s finest beaches are all on our doorstep

Knotting Hill Farmhouse is located just to the east of Cley in an elevated position with stunning views over farmland to the sea and across the Glaven Valley to Blakeney.
