lounge
Starting with the lounge at the heart of the house, you’ll see a large open-hearth fire with far-reaching views across the grounds. High-quality audio-visual equipment is ideal for movie nights, parties or relaxing with lots of soft seating for all your guests.
dining room
The dining room with its handmade oval table and signature canoe will comfortably accommodate all guests warmed by a log burner.
In the summer the large bi-fold doors fully open onto the outdoor lounge and fire pit as well as outdoor kitchen.
kitchen
The large kitchen is equipped to the highest specification for big groups and events. Facilities include an AGA cooker, two dishwashers, two ovens and a microwave, a wine fridge, ice maker and two large fridge freezers.
The Quooker tap provides instant boiling water as well as filtered drinking water. The commercial Nespresso machine comes supplied with plenty of pods for your stay. Kitchen equipment and tableware are of the highest quality.

Schöffel suite
We are proud to have partnered with classic country living brand Schöffel to create our key suite. Designed by Schöffel, the bedroom enjoys views to the sea and a balcony overlooking the sedum green roof. Situated on the first floor the suite has a king bed with ensuite shower room.
Facing towards the sea Blue Tit has a king size bed that can be split into two singles. The bedroom also enjoys a juliet balcony with wide ranging views across open countryside. Ensuite bathroom with shower.

With an east-facing balcony, Bush Tit has a king-sized bed that can be split into two singles. Ensuite with bath and shower.

With French doors opening into the south garden, Tern is our disabled-accessible bedroom. The king-size bed can be split into two singles. Ensuite wet room with shower and WC designed for less able guests.
woodcock
Woodcock is our bunk room with four bunks suitable for children and adults alike. The west-facing French doors offer access to the southern garden. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room.
redshank
Redshank faces the sea and has a king-size bed that can be split into two singles. Ensuite bath and shower.
nutcracker
Nutcracker faces the South garden and has a king-size bed that can be split into two singles. Features an ensuite shower room.

Upstairs you’ll find Knotting Hill Farmhouse’s very own dressing-up area, decadently stocked to put a smile on the face of kids and grown-ups alike.
